The Brief
To provide production management for Robin Hood and the Christmas Heist, the Rose Theatre Kingston's flagship festive production. Working within one of the UK's leading producing theatres, the project required close coordination across scenic, technical and creative departments to realise an ambitious family production featuring large-scale stagecraft, complex visual storytelling and a bespoke puppet-led centrepiece.
