The Brief
The Production Family provided production management across four productions in Soho Theatre's Spring Season, delivering comprehensive scenic, technical and logistical support from concept through to performance. Managing multiple productions simultaneously, the team ensured each show's creative vision was realised efficiently and effectively, while maintaining programme schedules, budgets and the operational demands of one of London's leading new-writing venues.

Project Highlights
- Delivered production management, technical coordination and scenic delivery across four productions within Soho Theatre's Spring Season, successfully balancing concurrent schedules, budgets and creative teams.
- Designed, fabricated and installed bespoke scenic environments across the programme, including the in-house construction of an original castle setting for Welcome to Penfort and the complete build and installation of sets for Age is a Feeling and Tender.
- Developed innovative technical solutions to support each production's unique creative requirements, including a DMX-controlled fire lantern for Welcome to Peemfort, designed with robust safety controls to allow safe operation during every performance.
- Undertook complex venue transformation works for Tender, stripping the space back to its original structure and delivering extensive carpentry, metalwork and upholstery to create an authentic and immersive environment.
- Engineered a fully functioning on-stage bathroom for The Virgins, developing a bespoke plumbing solution that could operate reliably and safely within a live theatrical setting.
- Delivered audience-interactive scenic elements for Age is a Feeling, including sourcing and integrating bespoke petals used as part of the production's audience-led storytelling mechanism.
- Managed suppliers, fabricators, technical teams and installation schedules across all four productions, ensuring seamless delivery while maintaining Soho Theatre's demanding programming requirements.
- Successfully realised a diverse range of creative visions whilst maintaining high standards of safety, quality and operational efficiency throughout the production process.
