The Brief
Transform sensitive central London location from a disused site into an immersive experience. Manage both capital works and theatrical install to a high standard creating a groundbreaking immersive escape experience.

What we acheived
- Took the space and show from concept to opening in a 6 month timeline, managing a detailed and complex schedule and contractor program to achieve the ambitious timeline.
- Transformed a space in the City of London into a fully functioning entertainment venue, including directly managing building control, health and safety and compliance across the building and show.
- Project managed the theatrical escape experience from concept through to delivery, including working and managing a range of complex stakeholders from IP representatives to creative teams and technical departments.
- Worked closely with the creative team and brand to ensure high quality realisation of the concept, including replicating scenes from the original Saw films to the minute detail.
- Specified and installed all bar infrastructure, including a Saw themed bar.
- Managed all technical and production contractors.
