The Brief
To create an outdoor theatrical experience set in the grounds of Oxford University. This show was set throughout a barmy summer delivering the classic Alice in Wonderland story in a unique way.

What we achieved
- Provided production management for this large-scale outdoor performance.
- Created the performance world, working with the production designer to realise his designs with our team of scenic artists, puppet makers, and fabricators.
- Managed all stakeholder relations
- Weather proofing to ensure the performance could go ahead in all forecasts.
- Provided technical facilities and technical direction to enable the experience to take place safely.
- Re-created the experience for an indoor production during the winter months.
