Since 2020, The Production Family has collaborated with Les Enfants Terribles and Santa's Lapland to support the ongoing evolution of one of Europe's most ambitious immersive Christmas experiences in the heart of Finnish Lapland. Working across summer development periods and winter operating seasons, our team has helped reimagine, build and deliver an experience that welcomes thousands of families into Santa's world each year.

Working between our London workshop and Finland, our team designs, fabricates and delivers new elements each season, ensuring the experience continues to evolve for returning guests. Over five years of collaboration, The Production Family has helped increase production values across the experience while introducing new environments, enhanced storytelling and improved visitor journeys.
Operating deep within the Arctic Circle presents a unique set of challenges. From designing scenic elements capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -25°C to transporting materials and infrastructure to remote locations, every aspect of the project requires careful planning,creative problem solving and robust operational delivery.
